Sanne granted Mutual Funds licence in the Cayman Islands

Sanne, an award-winning global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services is delighted to announce that it has secured a licence to act as a Mutual Fund Administrator in the Cayman Islands, boosting its already strong proposition.

Sanne Group (Cayman) Limited is now licenced under Section 11 of the Mutual Funds Act (2021 Revision), to act as a full Mutual Fund Administrator in the Cayman Islands subject to the provisions of The Mutual Funds Act (2021 Revision). The new licence expands Sanne’s existing product offering in the Cayman Islands, adding fund administration to its existing regulated trustee and company management services capability.

The news comes following Sanne’s successful acquisition and integration of Avalon Trust & Corporate Services Ltd, a highly regarded trust and corporate services provider situated in the Cayman Islands.
