SANNE's Head of Real Estate to speak at key conference in Jersey

SANNE’S Head of Real Estate will be speaking at the 2016 Real Estate and Real Estate Funds conference being held in Jersey.

Zena Couppey is one of eight industry experts who will be speaking at the one-day conference that will address all the major issues facing the sector from Brexit, market dynamics, foreign investment and legal considerations facing real estate professionals.

There will also be opportunities for delegates to exchange ideas with the conference speakers and fellow practitioners in areas such as real estate finance, economics, investment and asset management during the conference that is being held at the Hotel de France in Jersey on 14 December 2016.

‘I’m looking forward to speaking at this important industry conference, and will be discussing market dynamics and the role of foreign investment. Other conference speakers include Simon B Kristiansen, a senior analyst at CBRE Global Investors, UK, who will be talking about the implications of economic and geopolitical instability on the European real estate market. Mike Byrne, a partner and asset management leader at PwC Channel Islands, and chair of the Jersey Funds Association, will be presenting on the topic of ‘real estate as an asset class – where next?’
