Head of Real Estate at SANNE to speak at AREF seminar in April

18 March 2015

Zena Yates, Head of Real Estate at Sanne, will speak at a prestigious educational seminar for Real Estate professionals in London at the beginning of April.

The Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) event entitled ‘Fund structures’ will look at the various structures and jurisdictions used for real estate funds. The event is expected to attract both senior real estate industry professionals as well as the ‘next generation’ of professionals who wish to know more about what is available and the reasons why they would opt for such solutions.

Zena Yates, who will be contributing to the thought leadership seminar as a panellist said ‘I am delighted to be representing Sanne at this prestigious event. It will be interesting to hear the legal and investment viewpoints from the other panellists and speakers and how they align to the structuring and administration side of solutions.’

The event sponsored and hosted by Eversheds will be chaired by Phil Clark, Head of Property Investment at Kames Capital. He will be joined by Cathryn Vanderspar and Pamela Thompson, both partners at Eversheds LLP, who will also be speaking at the event.

Others involved at the event include Neil Stanford, Real Estate Structurer, at Standard Life Investments who be a panellist.

The evening seminar takes place at the Eversheds LLP, 1 Wood Street, London on Wednesday 1 April. For more information visit the Association of Real Estate Funds.
