Sanne appoints Associate Director and Co-Policymaker with approval by the Dutch Central Bank

Aslan Ozdemir from Sanne in the Netherlands (SGNL) has recently been appointed as Associate Director, Operations and consequently Co-Policymaker of SGNL with approval by the Dutch Central Bank.

Aslan Ozdemir from Sanne in the Netherlands (SGNL) - a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate services - has recently been appointed as Associate Director, Operations and consequently Co-Policymaker of SGNL with approval by the Dutch Central Bank.

The Dutch Central Bank confirms Aslan fulfils the regulatory requirements on suitability and integrity. Aslan passed the assessment pertaining to his knowledge, skills and professionalism as carried out during his role and that of his education, work experience, competence and continuous application thereof.

Aslan joins Country Head of Sanne Netherlands, Yasemin Demirtas, and Managing Director of EMEA, Sean Murray, as Dutch Central Bank Policymakers meeting local regulatory requirements, as senior leaders of the business. Aslan, as part of his Co-Policymaker role, will be responsible for the daily management of Sanne in the Netherlands which includes the operations and integrity risk policy.

The Dutch Central Bank continuously monitors all its Policymakers on their Governance, organisational and communication skills, knowledge of products, services and markets in which Sanne is actively involved, business ethics and history of balanced and consistent decision making.

Aslan being recognised and approved by the Dutch Central Bank as a Co-Policymaker is a pivotal step towards optimising the capacity of all members of the Sanne management team in the Netherlands and adds further value to our already well-established European footprint which is a crucial element of achieving the long term strategic growth objectives of Sanne.”
