Sanne acquires Deutsche Trust Company Limited Japan

Tokyo – Sanne, a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate services today announces the 100% acquisition of Deutsche Trust Company Limited Japan ("Deutsche Trust Japan"), Deutsche Bank’s Trust and Agency services business in Japan.

The transaction is expected to be completed by 30 September 2020 and Deutsche Trust will change their company name and continue to operate its trust business under "Sanne Group Japan Trust Company".
