SANNE’s Private Client business provides administration, accounting and fiduciary services primarily to ultra-high net worth individuals and families, often working closely with their advisors and family offices.
Our entirely bespoke services enable clients to preserve and enhance family wealth and establish a legacy for future generations within a well-regulated environment. We provide a hands-on director-led service.
Our expertise includes the operation of bespoke governance structures and transaction management capabilities across multi-asset investment portfolios, including private company shares, operating companies and specialist investments. We have particular specialisms in real estate, quoted investments and treasury services. We establish a full range of investment vehicles for private clients including trusts, private trust companies, foundations, companies, limited partnerships and unit trusts.
Our Private Client business is made up of 40 professionals who work in close partnership with a select number of key clients. We manage more than 500 trusts, companies and other structures.

Through our network of offices, and via our expert partner firms, we establish corporate vehicles in all of the major international financial centres.
A foundation can be an effective planning tool for private wealth, asset protection, charitable reasons and, in some jurisdictions, may be used for commercial purposes.
A foundation shares the characteristics of a trust, in that it does not have shareholders but instead has a founder and beneficiaries. It also has its own legal personality and the ability to enter into contracts in its own right. A foundation is run in accordance with its regulations, by a council as opposed to directors or trustees.
Partnerships are often used as co-investment vehicles to facilitate the acquisition of real estate, private equity or venture capital opportunities for small numbers of investors.

We can help articulate what is important to donors and explore how best to achieve their goals. This might be a specific area of need, or it might be the involvement of family members or the creation of a personal legacy
We can aid in the selection of charities best positioned to receive funds or work with donors, based on research or meetings with other donors and experts. Having better command of an issue might well lead to more rewarding giving.
Assessment and Monitoring
We can assess the level of support required and monitor whether donations are being used as was intended. Regular review and progress reporting can help to maintain momentum.
We can administer day to day charitable or philanthropic activities, whether in dealing with unsolicited requests for support or with the governance of trusts or foundations. This is particularly useful for donors who, because of other commitments, find it hard to spare sufficient time on an ongoing basis.
