Philip joined Sanne in 2017. As Country Head, his role includes setting the strategy to grow the Irish business, increase the product offering set and work cohesively with the Sanne global network. Philip is responsible for Ireland’s Regulated Fund Administration, Private Debt & Capital Markets, Corporate & Institutional, and AIFM business lines.

Background and Experience

Philip has been working in the Investment Funds industry since 2001. Philip joined Luxembourg Investment Solutions (“LIS”) in 2017 to establish LIS’ AIFM branch in Dublin. When LIS was acquired by Sanne in 2018, Philip was appointed as Sanne Country Head for Ireland in 2019.

Prior to joining LIS, Philip held a number of senior roles, most recently as EMEA Head of Transfer Agency Product for Citibank, Senior Product Architect for Citi Technology, and Ireland Head of Operations for a US Technology firm.

Philip has held a number of operational and relationship roles with Citi, State Street and PNC (now BNY Mellon). Philip is also a very active member of the Irish Funds, and is involved in various working groups.

Philip holds board positions for both regulated and unregulated fund structures.

  • BA Hons in Political and Economic Science (University College, Dublin)
  • MA in Economic Science (University College, Dublin)
  • Certified Project Management Diploma (Institute of Project Management Ireland)
