Marc joined Sanne in 2012. As a Director, Marc is responsible for a team covering a wide range of corporate and fund structures across numerous jurisdictions. Marc is an expert on private debt funds, in particular, direct lending and real estate debt structures.

Background and Experience

Marc joined Sanne from Kleinwort Benson, where he provided accounting and administration services on a number of large debt and private equity funds, with leading managers in the space. During his time there he qualified as a chartered certified accountant. Marc has been working in the finance industry since 2007 and specializes in the debt space, with a vast knowledge of Jersey, UK, and Luxembourg fund structures and accounting practices. He has spent significant time working offshore in Jersey, as well as London.
