Corporate & ancillary services
Through our dedicated Corporate & Institutional business, we are able to provide clients with dedicated expertise and extensive experience in corporate services. Core areas of focus include the provision of registered offices, company secretarial, governance and board support services, professional directorship services and SPV administration services.
In addition, we also provide work closely with clients and their advisors to establish and provide expert ancillary services for a diverse range of structures on a single or a multi-jurisdictional platform. Areas of focus include Listing Services (CISEX), Payroll, Liquidation & rationalisation services, Process Agent Services, Nominee Services.
We recognise that a traditional process-driven approach does not always fit a clients’ needs, so we work with each client to understand their requirements. This results in bespoke support solutions that meet clients’ increasingly complex needs in an ever-changing financial environment. We undertake on-going reviews of our controls and procedures to ensure we remain at the forefront of ancillary solutions.
Our dedicated team of experts often work in conjunction with SANNE’s other divisional businesses so that a multi-service and multi-jurisdictional solution can be provided to support specialist asset structures across one accredited platform.
As a genuinely independent provider of ancillary financial services, we are not tied to a single provider. We always seek to appoint the most appropriate service provider for the case in hand, including advisors, bankers and brokers.
