A Diversity and Inclusion Committee (the Committee) was launched in June 2020 of 12 members made up of current employees, spanning globally across Sanne’s locations.

Vision

The Committee aims to promote Sanne as an inclusive employer for people of all races, gender, sexual orientation, socio economic status and abilities.

Mission

The Committee will review fair and equitable policies for recruitment, promotions, and empowering our employees by continuously improving their skills, competencies, knowledge, values and attitudes required through training and activities. The Committee aims to build a truly inclusive culture at Sanne and will measure progress periodically against an agreed base line.

The composition of the Committee ensures that the views represented are a fair and balanced reflection of our employees diverse interests. Martin Schnaier, CEO, acts as the Executive sponsor for the Committee and the Committee acts in an advisory capacity to the Executive Committee, providing quarterly updates.

The Committee will drive the agenda and initiatives and Sanne, as a community, will embrace and support the changes to our business.

The Committee will work with all areas of the business to gather feedback on individual experiences, provide access to mentors, educational tools and training to ensure that all recruitment, progression and behavioural policies are fair and equitable.
