SANNE commits future to Jersey after sustained period of growth
SANNE has signed an agreement to lease around 50 per cent of Building no. 5, the next building to be constructed at the Jersey International Finance Centre (JIFC).
The move signifies SANNE’s commitment to the island following a sustained period of local and international growth. This year alone, SANNE has acquired businesses in five new jurisdictions and staff levels have increased by 66%.
The Jersey headquarters will house 320 members of staff and will be the company’s largest office. Due to be completed in August 2018, the office building will provide staff with exceptional levels of natural light and offer an energy efficient, sustainable working environment in a prime location in the island.
Dean Godwin, Chief Executive Officer of SANNE, said, ‘We are proud of SANNE’s heritage as a Jersey headquartered business. We have been based in our current offices on Castle Street since 2007 and have reached a point where we have outgrown the space. The move to new, state of the art offices in a prime location in the island will enable us to commit our future to the island as we continue to grow, both locally and globally. The new office building is incredibly energy efficient and provides exceptional levels of natural light for those working within it. Creating a comfortable and sustainable working environment for our staff is very important to us.’
