SANNE GROUP plc shortlisted for prestigious PLC award

Sanne Group plc has been shortlisted as ‘New Company of the Year’ at this year’s PLC Awards.

The awards, to be announced in London on 3rd March 2016, recognise success and achievement amongst publicly quoted companies in the UK. The ‘New Company of the Year’ category is open to companies that listed in 2015.

In April 2015 Sanne listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Since then the business has enjoyed good growth across its core business lines, through both increased revenue from existing clients and success in attracting new clients.

In February 2016, Sanne entered into an agreement to acquire Dublin-based Chartered Corporate Services, a company secretarial, liquidation, payroll and VAT reporting services business, which will complement Sanne’s existing operations in Ireland and deliver additional scale and product capabilities across Sanne’s corporate and institutional service offering.

Sanne has also recently appointed Justin Partington to the newly created role of head of funds. The appointment has enabled Sanne to continue the strategic development of its multi-jurisdictional funds capability across the company’s alternative asset classes, comprising private equity, private debt and capital markets and real estate.
