SANNE enters into agreement to acquire Dublin based corporate services business

Sanne Group plc has entered into an agreement to acquire Chartered Corporate Services (“CCS”), a Dublin based corporate services business established in 2005 that specialises in the delivery of company secretarial, liquidations, payroll and VAT reporting services. Employing fifteen staff, CCS has a broad range of clients including a number of large financial institutions, investment funds and corporates.  

Commenting, Dean Godwin, Chief Executive said: “The acquisition of CCS is aligned to our strategy of acquiring businesses that support existing growth opportunities and deliver greater jurisdictional and product diversity. CCS is a great business and will complement our existing operations in Ireland, delivering additional scale and product capabilities across our corporate and institutional service offering.”

We are delighted to be joining Sanne who are recognised within the corporate and fund administration sector as delivering a very high level of client service. This approach fits with CCS’s own service ethos and we are confident that we can continue to develop the breadth and quality of our service offering as we integrate our team into Sanne’s operational platform both in Dublin and internationally.”

The transaction is due to complete at the end of February.
