Sanne are looking for a candidate to fill a permanent role as Facilities Assistant, assisting the team managers in running the general administration of the department.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Process all outbound couriers, registered mail and general post;
- Perform general Facilities & administrative duties to include, but not limited to, copying, mailing and filing;
- Provide support to the FM team on the raising and closing of reactive maintenance items;
- Process any hand delivery requests;
- Manage and control stationery supply;
- Provide assistance to the Facilities Manager;
- Perform other duties as necessary to support the department;
- Generally act in the best interests of the department by supporting wider team members.
Skills / experience required
- Previous Facilities experience within a Financial Services Company;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Competent IT skills;
- Demonstrate ability to work within a team.
