We also want our people to grow and develop. Our culture of continual professional development ensures that all staff are motivated and committed to delivering a proactive service for clients. We have a hugely successful and popular mentoring programme for staff of all levels.
In addition, we have also been running a highly regarded graduate training programme which identifies quality candidates and provides them with a structured training programme over a three-year period. The programme was launched in 2004 and to date there have been more than 200 trainees who have graduated with an industry relevant qualification from either ICAEW, ACCA or ICSA. These qualifications enable our graduates to build a career with SANNE while ensuring they put into practice the standards they have learnt in their day-to-day role.
